D&A provides teachers of performing arts in infant and primary schools for
pre-school, lunchtime and after-school sessions, or in the formula of "one day workshops", perfect for helping children to live a healthy and active lifestyle. We cover a variety of different styles, ensuring that all our courses and workshops are tailored to the needs of each individual student.
Secondary Schools & Colleges
D&A provides teachers of performing arts in high schools and colleges for pre-school, lunchtime and after school sessions, or in the formula of "one day workshops", perfect for helping children to live a healthy and active lifestyle. We cover a variety of different styles, ensuring that all our courses and workshops are tailored to the needs of each individual student.
Classes for School Staff & Families
D&A provides primary and secondary schools with instructors for classes addressed to school staff, parents and grandparents. We cover different styles from Dance, Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Tai-Chi, ensuring that all lessons are tailored to the needs of each individual.

for CHILDREN AND SCHOOL STAFF
Here at Dance&Arts we truly believe in the power of good nutrition in order to achieve any big goals in life.
Both adults and children need to get the right information about what food does to our body, how it affects our daily activities and long-term choices and how we can get control over it.
We are what we eat,
we dance how we eat,
we perform how we eat,
we relate to others how we eat and so on.
Book our Nutrition Workshop Day, either a funny approach for children or a more intensive one for adults,
